Developes and directs activities of behavior change interventions in collaboration with partners, including the media; ensures NACA corporate branding as an institution leading the national response in fighting AIDS to finish.
Director, Government Affairs Coordination and Support
Hajia Maimuna Mohammed
Facilitates the engagement of all tiers of government on issues of HIV/AIDS; coordinates planned and identified multisectoral HIV/AIDS activities of government in the national response.
Relationship Manager, Government Affairs Coordination and Support
Dr Akudo Ikpeazu
Ensures a single point of contact in the Agency for the line ministries; facilitates coordination of all national response activities relating to each of the line ministries.
Relationship Manager Private, Commerce & Industry
Facilitates coordination of all activities relating to the private sector (business owners/employers, labour, professional bodies), etc.; maintains a single point of contact in the Agency for the private sector.
Relationship Manager, Civil Society Affairs
Facilitates coordination of all activities relating to major civil society organizations, local and international; engages (on behalf of the Agency) civil society organizations seeking to assess HIV/AIDS Fund (HAF)
Director Strategic Planning, Research and Evaluation
Dr Kayode Ogungbemi
Facilitates appropriate HIV/AIDS research, develops and revises the Strategic National Plan, as well as monitor and evaluate outcome of the response.
Manager, Strategic Planning
Dr. Ibrahim A. Atta
Develops, and regularly updates the Strategic Plan of the National Response Programme; facilitates training & workshops for development and adoption of the National HIV/AIDS and National Prevention plans and provides capacity building to all sectors.
Director, HIV/AIDS Policy
Alex Ogundipe
Provides leadership in the formulation and dissemination of policies and sector-specific guidelines on HIV/AIDS national response for the Agency and its partners.
Head, Procurement and Support
Dr Rikichi Kajang
Develops and implements procurement procedures; ensures procurement of quality goods and services for the Agency.
Manager Administrations and HR
Mrs. Lami Smith
Provides efficient and effective human resources, and office management systems for the Agency
Head, Finance and Support
Mr. Edward Okpaire
Designs and supervises implementation of the financial procedures, maintains a computerized accounting system as well as software administration.
Head, Treasury
Responsible for receiving and accounting for funds in-flow; prepares relevant bank reconciliation statements and follow-up on all outstanding financial issues.
